Registration instructions (Registration is closed!)

The online registration is the first and obligatory step for participation in the IFSOE-2015. Every person (a school participant, a tutorial lecturer, an accompanying person) must register online separately.

Step-by-step registration guide:
1. To start registration, click on the Online Registration buttons above. If you a citizen of Russian Federation or CIS countries, you should choose the right button (in Russian), in the other case – the left button (in English).
2. Carefully read through user agreement form and confirm your consent with the terms and policies.
3. Fill in the registration form. You must fill in all required fields. Use only digits, basic punctuation and basic Latin alphabet without diacritics. It is not allowed to use apostrophe ' or quotation mark " but these should be replaced by single ` or double `` grave accent sign. After completing the registration form, click Finish.
4. Check your email for the automatically generated message with login and password for access to your personal account.

If you have not received login and password after filling of the registration form, lost these data or have other difficulties with registration, please, contact the Technical partner of the IFSOE-2015.

Registration fees

Registration fee includes: accommodation at the Hotel Soyuz (twin or triple rooms), full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner), welcome party and coffee breaks, conference dinner, transfer from Moscow to the School site on September 20, 2015 and back on September 25, 2015, conference materials and visa support.

Registration deadline is Aug 15, 2015. Due to the limited number of accommodation available at the Conference site, accommodation will be guaranteed only to participants who paid registration fee in time.

How to make payment

The payments can be done in three different ways:

1. Payment by Bank transfer

If the payment by bank transfer was chosen by the participant as the preferable way of payment, the invoice for the total amount for chosen services will be created automatically by pressing the correspondent button. It is possible to pay in EURO. A participant should print out the Invoice and instruct his/her bank or accounts department to remit the money.

The bank fees are covered by the participant.

2. Internet payment (all major credit cards are accepted for all charges: VISA (Classic only), MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, JCB)

For the Internet payments UniFest Congress LLC uses TIETO e-comm (Bank Russian Standard) as the secure credit card Internet payment system. TIETO e-comm system uses SSL-connection, making your purchase safe on-line. If you have chosen an Internet payment option simply follow the steps of instruction.

3. Payment via Credit card (VISA (Classic only), MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS).

If the Credit Card payment is preferable, the Authorization Form will be sent to you upon request by email. After the form receiving, fill it in, sign and send it to UniFest Congress LLC by e-mail: or to the secure fax number: +7 (495) 234-65-56.

The stated amount will be charged from the indicated credit card and send the confirmation of payment to the participant.
