5th International Fall School of Organic Electronics IFSOE-2019 was held on 15-20 September 2019 in the hotel "Soyuz" (Moscow region). This annual event was attended by about a hundred participants, a half of which were young scientists, undergraduate and graduate students. Leading Russian and foreign scientists delivered more than twenty tutorial and invited lectures on the main topics of organic electronics, bioelectronics and robotics, as well as on scientific ethics. Among the foreign participants, whose share this year approached to 50%, the most represented countries were Germany, Italy, great Britain, China and Spain.

The school held a competition for the best oral and poster presentations among young scientists, the winners of which were awarded by diplomas, commemorative albums and new books on organic electronics from one of the sponsors of the event - the global publishing house Wiley. The main sponsor of the school for young scientists was the Russian Science Foundation in the framework of grant No. 19-73-30028, supported by the "Presidential program for support of leading laboratories and infrastructure projects".
