Research activity
Research activity of the Laboratory of Functional Materials for Organic Electronics and Photonics includes molecular design and synthesis of new conjugated organic and organosilicon structures mainly based on thiophene and silicon chemistry, which possess high charge carrier mobilities, efficient luminescence, good solution processability, oxidative and thermal stability, and other properties necessary for the creation of better materials and technologies for organic electronics and nanophotonics.
